Change or cancel a request
Fix a date, add a detail, change who gets the proofs, or cancel a request you no longer need.
You can change a request until it’s finished.
Change the details
- Open the request in My Requests and press Edit details.
- Change what you need: the event, its date, what you need made, print details, or how we reach you.
- Press Save Changes. You’ll see ✅ Changes saved. The design team has been notified.
Add a mobile under Cell — for proof and completion texts and you’ll get a text as well as an email when a proof is ready.
Changing the Email hands the request to someone else: proof links and the finished-files email go to the new address.
Cancel it
Press Cancel request on the request and confirm. This can’t be undone. If you need it after all, start a new request.
