Get your own artwork checked
Already have the artwork? Send it in for the design team to look over before it goes out.
If you’ve made a flyer or graphic yourself (in Canva, say), the design team can look it over before it’s printed or posted. That’s an Artwork Approval.
- Press New Design Request on the home page.
- Under Request Type, choose Artwork Approval.
- Fill in your details, the event and its date as usual.
- Under Artwork File, attach the file you want checked. At least one file is needed.
- Add anything the reviewer should know under Notes for Reviewer, then press Submit Request.
You’ll get an email when it’s approved, or a note saying what needs changing. While it’s being looked at, My Requests shows Artwork Under Review.
