An old or expired link
What to do when a proof or sign-in link says it has expired.
Links sent to you don’t last for ever:
- a proof link works for 30 days,
- a My Requests email link for 7 days,
- a calendar Finish your design request draft for 14 days.
If it’s your request
Sign in with Planning Center. An expired proof or draft link then opens anyway, and the page offers the sign-in button.
Otherwise
Go to My Requests and look up your request by email, or ask your designer to resend the proof.
